About Robert

I grew up in Gloucester, Massachusetts, graduated from Gloucester High School, married Annette (Moulton). We raised our daughter in Gloucester surrounded by friends and family until our retirement from full time employment. Upon our “retirement” we relocated to The Villages where we have made many new friends and reconnected with other family members.

My 47-year working career was in the Engineering business as a Piping Designer. I had the opportunity and privilege to travel to many cities throughout the United States. While traveling I familiarized myself with the local Real Estate Market as it has been a passion of mine.

While living in Massachusetts I obtained my Real Estate Salesperson License then obtained my Broker’s license two (2) years later. I was associated for eight (8) years with the real estate firm G.J. Lafata Real Estate. My Massachusetts license is active, and my plan is to maintain that status.

We purchased our home in The Villages in March 2020 and became full time residents in June. We love the lifestyle and activities available at The Villages. I have refocused my career in “retirement” to fulfill a passion of helping others through Real Estate. On January 13, 2021 I passed the Florida Real Estate Sales License and was certified to be an agent in Florida. I am associated with REMAX Premier Realty in The Villages. As a resident of The Villages, I am excited to share with friends and clients the many advantages that living in The Villages can bring. Weather as a full-time residence or a retirement get away, I know that The Villages lifestyle can meet the needs and wants for a quality living.
